This JK Midwidth Rear Bumper (Tire Carrier Ready), P/n 400.200.190, has some scuffs and scratches in a few areas as shown in the detail photos.  There are no manufacturing defects.  All damage was done during shipment.  This is being sold as the bumper ONLY.  The swingout tire carrier (P/n 400.200.130) can be purchased separately and installed onto the bumper.  The bumper will come packed in original new packaging and includes all necessary hardware, brackets and installation instructions.  As with all scratch and dent parts there is no warranty or return policy.  Free shipping is not offered for scratch and dent products.
