Jeep JL & JT Summit Winch Guard

This Winch Guard & Light Bar is specifically designed to fit onto our Summit Modular Front Bumpers.  These bars will attach to the top of the bumper using the supplied 3/8-16 Stainless Steel Button Head Cap Screws.  The bars are made using 1-3/4” Diameter x 1/8” Wall Thick Steel Tubing.  They are CNC formed and welded solid to 3/16” thick base plates.  All our Winch Guard/Light Bars come with plastic push in wire tie clips.  These allow you to fasten your aftermarket lighting wires along the backside of tube instead of wrapping wire ties around the entire bar to hold the wires in place.  The light tabs are designed to mount a multitude of halogen or LED lights and light bars.  The hole spacing center to center is 14 inches.  The hole size in each light tab is clearance for ½” threaded stud. 

As with all Hyline Offroad products these are designed and built with superior durability and longevity in mind.  We put all bumpers and accessories through a rigorous finishing process that includes an acid rinse for prepping the metal, then E-Coated that acts as a complete sealing primer and finally a topcoat using an automotive grade powder coat.  The powder topcoat is a very light texture semi-gloss that closely matches the OEM black plastic fender flare texture.  Though this is a more expensive process it ensures your purchase will last for years to come.
