Hyline Offroad operates with a 35,000 sq ft. production facility located in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. The manufacturing process utilizes state of the art CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Equipment. Manufacturing capabilities include Automated Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, TIG, MIG and Robotic Welding, and Metal Finishing. Other capabilities include E-Coat and Powder Coat finishing to provide our products with an incredibly durable finish.
