Description: Our JK Rear Bumper Swing Out Tire Carrier is a must have if you’re running oversize tires.  The JK’s tailgate might hold the weight of an oversize tire for a while, but it will begin to sag over time.  Our Swing Out Tire Carrier is heavy duty and designed for ease of installation and use when opening and closing. It installs direct to our specially designed Rear Bumper (JK-20SRBT) and features all of the following:

• Solid Steel Tube Construction (Thick .120” Wall 2”x4” Rectangle and 1.75” x 1.75” Square Tubing.
• Heavy Duty 1-1/2” Solid Steel Greasable Pivot Pin that is inserted through an extra thick ¼” Wall DOM Steel Tube. 
• Easy to Open & Close Rotary Slam Latch
• Welded Limiting Stop to prevent Tire Carrier from swinging open and hitting the JK’s fender and body.
• Gas Strut to prevent Tire Carrier from swinging shut while accessing the tailgate on an incline. 
• Fully Adjustable Sliding Tire Mount for various width tires and wheels ( No Drilling Necessary)
• Pre-Cut Hole for mounting our 2” LED Third Brake Light (TJ-20RBL) with wire tie mounting locations to re-route the brake light wire.
• Custom Rubber Bumper for “rattle free” driving.
• All necessary mounting hardware included.

All Tire Carriers receive a thorough zinc phosphate rinse and cleaning, then are E-Coated and Powder Coated with an easy to clean light black texture.  The textured powder coat matches the texture on the stock black fender flares almost perfectly.  Completely Bolt on, No Drilling Necessary.
