Front Bumper
Measuring in at 60” our full size front bumper is built for style and strength. Our unique original design allows you to install your winch after mounting the bumper to the vehicle. All of our front bumpers come standard with 1/4"-20 threaded inserts for mounting your license plate. This heavy duty bumper is fabricated using USA Grade 3/16” Steel Plate, laser cut, CNC formed, robotically welded, and hand finished by craftsmen. The D-Ring mounts are 5/8” Thick Plate and welded solid front and back so they can be used as recovery points. All bumpers receive a thorough zinc phosphate rinse and cleaning, then are E-Coated and Powder Coated with a smooth black finish. This bumper is completely Bolt-on, No Drilling Required. Winch Guard
These Winch Guard Tubes feature 1 ¾" Diameter .120" Wall Tubing that is CNC formed and finished with rust inhibitive E-Coating and smooth black powder coat. Light tabs are fully welded and designed to accept a variety of auxiliary lighting. Fits Hyline Offroad Front Winch Bumper, although many offroaders have purchased this winch guard and installed it on their own bumpers. Rear Bumper Our TJ & YJ Rear Bumper is a perfect compliment to our Front Bumper system. Our bumper doesn’t just look great; it’s functional, easy to install and tough as nails. It’s fabricated using USA Grade 3/16” Steel Plate, laser cut, CNC formed, robotically welded, and hand finished by craftsmen. The D-Ring mounts are 5/8” Thick Steel Plate and welded solid front and back so they can be used as recovery points. Our rear bumper includes a gusseted 2” hitch receiver that is fully welded front and back for strength. We also include two frame tie-in brackets for added strength during recovery or pulling on the bumper (Frame tie-in brackets only fit 97-06 Models). All bumpers receive a thorough zinc phosphate rinse and cleaning, and then are E-Coated and Powder Coated with an all weather grade smooth black powder coat. **Important** For oversized tires, please use Hyline P/N TJ-20OTM
