Customer's Requesting Replacements or Exchanges
If you are requesting a replacement for product that is being returned you will be charged for the new product as well as the new freight out at the time the request for replacement has been made. Once the product being returned has been received back in the warehouse and has been inspected to insure the product is in new/resellable condition you will then be issued the appropriate credit per our Return Policies below.

Customer's Requesting Credit
If you are requesting a credit for product that is being returned you will not receive your credit until the product being returned has been received back in the warehouse and has been inspected to insure the product is in new/resellable condition. You will then be issued the appropriate credit per our Return Policies below.
We work hard to ensure that all of our customers receive the products which they order. The product ordered is that product that you have ordered on our Internet site. In the case of phone orders, our customer service agents review each order with each customer before shipping. Your order is then what they have told you and have repeated back, this is your finalized order. We will also send an order acknowledgment via email or fax for your review. If there is any error call Hyline Offroad immediately.
We accept returns back if the return is requested within 30 days of receiving your order and has been processed by us and has a valid Hyline Offroad Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and has been shipped pre-paid to the specific location designated by Hyline Offroad. Returns sent back freight collect will either not be accepted, or not credited, or will have the shipping costs deducted from the return credit, at the discretion of Hyline Offroad.
All return shipments must have the RGA number clearly placed on the package and must be returned freight pre paid to the location that we designate. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. If you ship a return somewhere, without a valid issued RGA number, please do not ask for a credit, none will be issued.
Unlike other Retailers we do not issue you an in store credit toward a future purchase. We will issue you a credit directly back on to your credit card. This process can take two to four weeks after we receive your valid return. If you have not received your credit after 4 weeks please call us, if it has not been 4 weeks, please do not call. This allows us time to inspect your return. All returns must be in original packaging and unused. All directions and warranty information must also accompany the return. All credits issued will be after a 20% restocking fee. If we shipped you a product under a Free Shipping promotion we will deduct the actual cost of shipping, even though it was originally shipped at our expense.
We reserve the right to inspect all returns before issuing a credit. If the return is not in original and resaleable condition with all original packaging, and documents an additional fee from 10% to 50% may be assessed by Hyline Offroad at our discretion. In the case that the return is totally not saleable we reserve the right not to offer a refund.
Returns can often get damaged during shipment. If your product is damaged during shipment you will not receive any credit. Products must be retuned in a resalable condition in original packaging. To protect yourself and your return, you should insure your shipment for its total value. We are not responsible and will issue no credit for returns which are received damaged or non saleable. If you choose to not insure your product, there is a possibility that you will not receive a credit.
Certain parts and products are not returnable: Products purchased on sale or closeout or at a discount sale price may not be returned. Any part which has been installed or has been worked on with any tool such as a wrench, screwdriver, ratchet, etc... may not be returned. There is no exception to this rule.
Open boxes, damaged shipment, mis-boxed, mislabeled, damaged parts, defective product, mis-shipped products are ONLY eligible for exchange of product. There will be no credit issued for any of the above items, replacement of product only.
When you receive your product, check your order to make sure all items are accounted for. All returns requests for orders after 30 days, correct OR incorrect WILL NOT BE HONORED.
If you are returning a product which was sold with a Free Item, such as a Gift Certificate, Gas Card, Credit, Free Product, etc, the value of the return will be the purchase price minus the stated value of the Free Item. As an example, if you purchase an Item for $200.00 and receive a Free Gift Certificate for $50.00. The credit for your return will be $150.00. Standard restocking or other fees as in this policy will still apply.
Cancelled and Refused Orders
You may wish to cancel an order. If canceling an order, your order must be cancelled within the same day of the order by 3:00 pm eastern standard time. There will be no restocking fee applied. If your order is cancelled anytime after 3:00 pm eastern standard time, your order will then fall under Hyline Offroad's Return Policy.
If you order from us and we ship your product and you refuse your product or do not accept your product, or your product was undeliverable, your product may or may not be returned to us by the shipper. It is your responsibility to be sure that the product is returned to us. It is your responsibility to be sure the product is returned to us in excellent condition. All orders returned to us because they were refused or not accepted will be credited back minus a 20% restocking fee. If we shipped you a product under a Free Shipping promotion we will deduct the actual cost of shipping to you, even though it was originally shipped at our expense. We will also deduct any and all costs incurred in having the product returned to us. Once received the product is also subject to our normal inspection procedures and potential additional deductions depending on the condition of the product.
Your return request will be processed within 7 working days. You must mail or email the return request form to Hyline Offroad to receive an RGA number before shipping your product back. Our response will include your RGA number and the appropriate address to ship your product.

Any returns NOT shipped to the above address will NOT be credited. No Exceptions.
Returns cannot be processed over the Phone. Our customer service agents do not authorize returns, they do not issue an RGA, they do not provide shipping information. PLEASE do not call for a return, they will be unable to help.
By requesting a return to Hyline Offroad you agree to all of the terms and conditions as posted above. In the case of a disagreement you agree that the final decision regarding any credit is at the total discretion of Hyline Offroad.
